Lars Erik Flatøy

Lars Erik is a passionate seafood expert and Head of Analysis department at Kontali. He has extensive experience from the seafood industry, especially from the salmon farming value chain. He has a master in Fishery Science from the University of Tromsø, and has had managing positions both within salmon processing, food analysis & safety, and health safety & quality. Lars Erik has also a decade worth of experience within areas such as HR, organisational development, and quality assurance. In addtion, Lars Erik is also a lead auditor for the ASC Salmon Standard and the MSC Fisheries standard.
